Keep the Meat for Your Consumption
This is the most popular option. This is only for Large Animals (Steer, Lamb, Goat, Pig). This options allows you to choose where you want the animal to be processed and then you will be able to pick it up to put into your freezer! Please keep in mind that getting your animal cut and wrapped is an added cost which varies depending on the animal and how you want the animal to be processed.
At the Auction, you will choose to get your animal cut and wrapped. Below are the two meat lockers you will be able to choose from. If you have any questions about the shops before the auction please contact the shop directly and they will be more than happy to assist you.
Cut & wrap on average will cost about $1.00 per pound of meat.

After the auction, you will be getting a phone call from the shop you chose so you can give them instructions as to what cuts of meat you would like. They will walk you through the process if you have never done this before. Please be sure to answer their call or return their call as soon as possible. They want to get you your product as fast as possible! Once they get instructions from you, they will let you know when your product will be ready to pick up.
When you go to pick up make sure you have an ice chest big enough for everything. If you live close to the shop you probably don't need an ice chest and can leave everything in the cardboard boxes they give you. If you have a question about this you can call the shop and they can help you.
Freedom Meat Locker Special Pick Up Option
Freedom usually has the option to pick up your cut and wrapped product at the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds. They will advertise the pick up date following the auction.
