Should you choose to buy a small animal (chicken, turkey, rabbit) from the auction you will need to be in contact with exhibitor in order to receive the harvested product. At the Santa Clara County Fair the small animal exhibitors are responsible for harvesting their projects. Each club/chapter has a different way of handling these projects so the exhibitor will explain when your product will be available.
